With the TRIMILL VF 4535, a large 5-axis portal milling machine with a fixed table has become part of their machine park. A project of this scale requires trust, technical alignment and close cooperation, and we truly appreciate the confidence Carstengerdes has placed in TRIMILL, a.s.

The configuration reflects the scale of the project:
• T30C 2-axis fork-type milling head for continuous milling
• 40 kW of power and 248 Nm of torque
• Maximum speed of 15,000 rpm
• HSK-A100 tool holder
• HEIDENHAIN TNC7 control system with a 24″ panel
• Vertical tool magazine with capacity for 40 + 100 tools
The VF 4535 is designed for 5-axis milling in positioning or simultaneous mode. With its fixed table, large travels and high machine weight, it is built for demanding machining tasks where dynamics, accuracy and process stability matter.
