VFC - 5-axis compact with fixed table
- Machine has a single-piece highly rigid MONOBLOCK U-Shaped base with integrated side walls and clamping table
- U-Shaped base is made of UHPC concrete and can be anchored directly to a flat shop floor
- Two rotary axes on the fork-type milling head
- Fixed work table
- 5-axis milling – positioning or simultaneous mode
- Available in milling and mill-turn configurations
- Mill-turn configuration with an independent removable rotary table for combined milling and turning operations in one clamping
- Optional Automatic Tool Changer with rack-type magazine for more than 100 tools, supporting longer autonomous operation and flexible machining
- Available with HEIDENHAIN TNC 7 or SIEMENS SINUMERIK ONE control system according to customer requirements
