After more than ten years, we returned to our customer EQUIC in India to install another TRIMILL VU 3014 portal milling machine equipped with a rotary table and a T30C milling head.
The customer chose a machine that is practically identical to the model that has already been operating reliably at its facility for more than ten years. This solution offers several advantages: the same spare parts, the same HEIDENHAIN control system, the same spindle and, above all, technology that both the operators and maintenance staff know perfectly.
The new machine can therefore be integrated into production quickly, without extensive training or major changes to operation and maintenance.
The installation took place under demanding conditions, with temperatures in the production hall reaching around 40 °C. Nevertheless, our installation team completed the entire task professionally and with maximum commitment.
